Our Technical Department, with more than 10 experienced designers, develops innovative and customized solutions.

Our consolidated experience in various fields and the relative industrialization capacity allow us to develop the feasibility of a product starting from a 3D draft or even simply from a sample part.

 

RHEOLOGICAL SIMULATION
Minimizing time and cost by predicting the process
As additional support for the design and feasibility development, we have an important rheological simulation tool  (MoldFlow Insight Premium), which allows us to evaluate in advance such important aspects such as: filling, deformation of the parts, movement of the inserts inside the molded part, efficiency of cooling channel, selection of materials, and reduction of cycle time.

 


METROLOGICAL SURVEYS
Certificates of conformity.

We perform dimensional controls with ZEISS and DEA (ACCURA) machines, as well as using other certified tools on all the products we make.

The maximum stroke of the ZEISS is 2800x1200x1000 mm, with a loading capacity of 5 tons

Our metrology room is equipped not only with tactile probes, but also with the ZEISS LineScan system, which allows us to perform dimensional and 3D alignment analyses on the most complex components.

In addition, we are able to provide a CP-CPK metrology report of the moulded part, as further confirmation of the effectiveness of the production process.

 

 

MAINTENANCE AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Maintenance and restoration in short time
We offer certified spare parts and restoration activities, including reverse engineering interventions.

We also provide assistance and maintenance at our customers' sites, organizing activities according to their production needs and always guaranteeing the highest quality standard. All maintenance activities are documented, shared and archived to maintain a complete history.

 

 

PRODUCTION OF SAMPLES / PRE-SERIES / SERIES AND POST-PROCESSING PARTS (PART FINISHING)

We have a department for injection molding machines for thermoplastic materials (PP, TPE, PP+GF, PP+TD, PA66, PA, PVC, PMMA etc.) with tonnages from 35t to 850t (bi- and tri-injection) and among these there is an 800-ton thermoplastic cubing press (tri-injection)

 

 

We also have a department for injection molding machines for thermosetting materials (EPDM, SILICONES etc.) with tonnages from 50t to 420t

We are organized to manage serial production, guaranteeing high quality standards and constant support in the sampling and pre-series phases.

We also carry out product preparation and finishing operations, such as:

  • Cutting of extrusion profiles
  • Primer application
  • Application of double-sided adhesives
  • Flocking
  • Coating (with an automatic painting system)
